We handle a software that makes decisions to create production orders automatically for "On Going" styles before the customer sends a purchase order, so that the required "Lead Time", compared to the date of dispatch to receive the O/C, is reduced considerably. For this the customer provides us via EDI visibility on their actual and projected sales, and inventories. We have implemented NPM, CR and QR models.
